At Serenity Luxe, Health, Wellness and PMU our mission is to restore confidence and empower individuals by offering specialized scar camouflage and IV hydration services. We are dedicated to providing a compassionate and personalized experience that goes above and beyond concealing scars and reversing simple health ailments; we strive to aid our clients in rediscovering their natural beauty and embracing their unique journey. As a breast cancer survivor turned breast cancer nurse practitioner through expert artistry, innovation, and a commitment to understanding each clients individual needs, we aim to be a beacon of hope and transformation. Our goal is to not only provide optimal wellness and to conceal scars but to celebrate the resilience and strength that accompanied the history behind them. At Serenity Luxe we believe in turning pain into the power of self acceptance and we are honored to be apart of our client’s journey toward confidence, wellness, and a positive self image.
I am Eboni Vaughn MSN, FNP-C, owner and operator of Serenity Luxe Health, Wellness and PMU.
I am a licensed certified Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Chicago State University in 2010.
After years of working in the emergency department I went on to further my education. I obtained my Masters of Science in Nursing with specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017.
I didn’t land here by chance, I’d like to say it was fate. In 2019 at the age of 32 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. YES! You read it right…the “C” word. Needless to say my world came crashing. There was surgery, chemotherapy and radiation for approximately 6 months. After it was all said and done, it was time for me to hit the ground running… again. Shortly after, I ironically went from the breast cancer patient to the breast cancer provider as I began working as a surgical oncology Nurse Practitioner. I laughed, cried, counseled and encouraged the very patients that were enduring what I just had a few years prior. I was content with my role but I wasn’t fulfilled to say the least, and it just wasn’t enough. I wanted to do more, no I HAD to do more. Providing health, wellness, and permanent make up services allows me to restore confidence, empower individuals, and support them as they embark on their unique journey of turning their pain into power
